As Sales Manager – Package Holidays, you will play a key role within the Package Design and Third Party Contracting organisation, responsible for securing high quality, commercially attractive third party package products from tour operator partners across our buying markets.

The Role and What You’ll do:
- Reporting to the Lead 3PP & Senior Package Design Manager, you will own the end-to-end contracting lifecycle with tour operators, ensuring a strong, complementary product range that enhances our overall package portfolio and delivers against revenue and performance targets.
- This is a hands-on, commercially focused role suited to an experienced contractor who thrives in a dynamic, international environment.
Tour Operator Contracting & Supplier Management:
- Establish, manage and grow strong business relationships with tour operator partners.
- Build and develop a complementary third party package range that strengthens the overall package portfolio.
- Manage the full contracting lifecycle, from target identification and initial contact through to pricing, contract agreement, allocation management and ongoing account management.
- Negotiate and secure attractive, high-quality package content across a broad range of tour operator partners.
Commercial Ownership & Performance Management:
- Be accountable for revenue targets and KPIs within your portfolio.
- Monitor commercial and supply performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Use data and insights to drive improvements in pricing, mix and (partner) performance.
Portfolio Alignment & Collaboration:
- Work closely with Package Design Managers to ensure 3PP content is well integrated and correctly positioned alongside in-house packaging.
- Understand how tour operator products interact with other product lines and select the right packages accordingly.
- Collaborate with the wider Contracting organisation to ensure an optimised portfolio.
Projects, Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
- Take ownership of projects, overseeing delivery from inception through to execution.
- Participate in initiatives beyond BAU to support growth, innovation and portfolio development.
- Proactively generate and implement new ideas to improve performance and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to streamline operations.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Lead presentations, meetings and discussions with stakeholders to communicate insights, performance and progress.
- Ensure clear and effective communication across teams involved in package delivery.
You will bring:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
- Strong general knowledge of the travel and tour operating industry.
- Experience working with revenue targets and performance KPIs.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, relationship-building and negotiation skills (flash sale experience is a plus).
- Strong analytical capability, using data to understand performance drivers and inform decisions.
- Highly organised and able to work independently, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Tableau is a plus.

Working Requirements:
- Hybrid (3 days in the office).
