The Brand Manager supports the delivery of our brand marketing and ATL campaigns across the German (DE) and UK markets. This role is ideal for a highly organised, creative, and data-literate marketer who understands German culture and consumer behaviour and is eager to grow deep expertise in media, production, and cross-channel brand execution.

Working closely with the Senior Brand Manager, you’ll help coordinate TV and Connected TV (CTV) campaigns, support creative production, manage key deliverables with agencies and internal teams, and ensure all content meets brand, cultural, and quality standards. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and highly collaborative, offering exposure to major brand initiatives, high-value media plans, and cross-market campaign execution.

You’ll also partner with teams across influencer marketing, partnerships, SEO, studio production, and analytics to help deliver cohesive and impactful brand activity. This full-time role is based in London, with regular interaction with our Studio colleagues in Warsaw.

Responsibilities

  • Market Support & Cultural Insight
  • Support the Senior Brand Manager in delivering brand activity across DE and UK markets.
  • Ensure all DE campaigns reflect strong understanding of German cultural nuances and consumer expectations, and the same in the UK.
  • Track and share market insights, emerging trends, and competitor activity to support strategy development.
  • Media Planning & TV/CTV Support
    • Assist with the development of media briefs for TV and CTV campaigns.
    • Work with media agencies and internal teams to gather plans, timelines, and delivery details.
    • Coordinate campaign assets, approvals, and delivery deadlines.
    • Support post-campaign analysis through data collection, reporting, and coordination with agencies and analytics teams.
  • Content Development & Creative Execution
    • Support the creation and quality control of campaign assets, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
    • Help manage workflows with the Studio team (Warsaw) and external production partners.
    • Coordinate scripts, edits, translations, asset trafficking, and internal reviews.
  • Stakeholder & Budget Coordination
    • Help manage day-to-day stakeholder communications across marketing, creative, insights, and commercial teams.
    • Track budget spends, POs, invoices, and accruals, ensuring accuracy and timely updates for the Senior Brand Manager.
    • Maintain central documentation, calendars, and campaign trackers.
  • Data, Insights & Reporting
    • Gather and consolidate campaign performance data for reporting.
    • Support delivery of monthly marketing business reviews (MBRs).
    • Assist in coordinating the bi-yearly brand survey, helping with questionnaire preparation, logistics, and insight summaries.
  • Influencer, SEO & Partnerships Support
    • Help brief influencer teams and studio colleagues on content needs, timelines, and campaign requirements.
    • Support partnership campaign delivery through admin, timelines, asset development, and performance tracking.
    • Participate in the SEO squad and support day-to-day actions related to the SEO plan.
    • Support or own the Senior Brand Manager in managing smaller associated projects (e.g., app, gift card programme).
    • Contribute new ideas for creative, media, influencer, and partnership activities.
    • Support testing, innovation projects, and digital initiatives as needed.
    • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and support multiple parallel workstreams.

    You will bring:

    • Fluent German skills with a strong understanding of German culture and consumer behaviour.
    • Experience in brand, marketing, or media roles (agency or client-side).
    • Working knowledge of TV, CTV, or wider media planning is preferred (but not required to be expert-level).
    • Strong organisational skills with experience supporting campaigns or production processes.
    • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage timelines independently.
    • Experience working with creative teams, production workflows, or asset delivery is a plus.
    • Proactive mindset, reliability, and willingness to learn and grow.
    • Ideally experience in digital buying, platforms and execution. SEO would be a huge bonus.

    And you are…

    • A motivated team player who wants to stretch and develop within brand marketing.
    • Comfortable with data, reporting, and performance measurement.
    • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys getting things done.
    • A detail-oriented marketer who cares about quality and cultural resonance.
    • A strong communicator who brings energy, ownership, and curiosity to the role.
