Elevator Pitch
One of our core values at Secret Escapes is ‘we love data’. In this role, you will be the analytical engine supporting our global trading efforts, helping to turn raw numbers into actionable insights that optimize our hotel and package supply. You will work closely with the Head of Commercial Insights and the Senior Portfolio Quality Managers to ensure our commercial decisions are backed by solid evidence. This is a fantastic opportunity for a data-driven individual to develop their technical skills while making a tangible impact on revenue.
The Role & What You'll Do
- Performance Reporting & Monitoring: Maintaining and updating key reports to track global KPI trends and identify performance shifts.
- Dashboard Support: Assisting in the creation and maintenance of Tableau dashboards that track supply quality and revenue opportunities.
- Tactical Analysis: Conducting data extractions and analysis to support the Sales Steering, Revenue, and Marketing teams.
- Portfolio Support: Providing the data foundations for the Senior Portfolio Quality Managers to help them identify underperforming deals or inventory gaps.
- Data Integrity: Ensuring the accuracy of the data used across the trading team, acting as a first line of defense for data quality.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Working across departments to provide the "numbers" that inform our daily trading tactics.

- Technical Proficiency: Experience using SQL for data extraction and an understanding of data visualization tools like Tableau.
