<div><p>We are recruiting a Service Manager for Nasim who lives at home with his parents on a Hybrid working basis.</p> <p>We are seeking a hands‑on enthusiastic Service Manager who can motivate and develop a positive workplace culture within a team.

He attends an educational setting five days a week and is looking for a skilled and experienced team to support him outside of these sessions.
Nasim requires 2:1 support and needs his team to be confident in supporting people with autism and behaviours that may challenge.
He is non‑verbal, so it is important that his team can use flexible and creative approaches to communication.
Nasim enjoys being outdoors, especially going to the park, riding his bike and taking part in activities in the community.
His mum and dad are an important part of his life and working in partnership with them will be key to supporting Nasim well.</p> <h2>About you</h2> <p>You will:</p> <ul> <li>Put Nasim first and appreciate him/her/them for the amazing person he is</li> <li>Stand by him through tough times and be resilient</li> <li>Assess situations with patience and empathy</li> <li>Bring a lively, friendly, and caring personality</li> <li>Have a good sense of humour and be able to share jokes and pranks</li> <li>Be trustworthy, loyal, and upfront, with strong boundaries</li> <li>Follow routines and be flexible and creative when needed</li> <li>Communicate well and be reliable and supportive</li> </ul> <h2>About the role</h2> <p>We are looking for a Service Manager to:</p> <ul> <li>Provide direct support to Nasim at his home on a regular basis</li> <li>Manage Nasim’s team’s training, annual leave and rotas</li> <li>Manage the finances within Nasim’s service.
This includes Seco Support finances as well as Nasim’s</li> <li>Be responsible for ensuring that Employment Hero completed for all team members and up to date</li> <li>Complete formal supervisions, probations and appraisals in line with Seco timescales</li> <li>Be responsible for updating risk assessments and support plans</li> <li>Ensure Nasim’s service is compliant with CQC standards</li> <li>Lead reviews and ensure updates are made to Nasim’s support and PBS plan</li> <li>Meet regularly with Nasim’s parents and professional team</li> <li>Interview and support new team members Be part of a local on call service</li> </ul> <p>An NVQ 3 or equivalent Health & Social Care Diploma is essential.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in managing a service supporting vulnerable adults with autism and learning disabilities.</p> <p>Full training will be provided through Seco Supports induction programme and online learning.
