We are recruiting Support Workers for Aaron who has his own home in central Hereford.

He is looking for a dedicated and energetic team who can support him to feel safe, enjoy the activities he loves, and continue developing his independence in a happy and supportive home environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

Full UK driving licence is preferred for this role. Experience in a similar role is desirable but full training will be provided. Full referencing and a full enhanced check of the Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) will be required for this position. We support adults and young people with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health difficulties to live independently in the community.
