We are recruiting a full time and permanent Recovery Navigator to join our Assessment and Recovery team, in the Greenway Centre, Southmead. This job is to support clients over the age of 65. This exciting opportunity has arisen within the Bristol Mental Health Partnership, which involves collaborative working between a number of organisations to include Second Step and Avon and Wiltshire Partnership Trust (part of the National Health Service)., The ideal candidate will have worked within mental health, providing a wide range of interventions to assist people, during a period of acute mental health crisis and connecting into community resources.
