In your role as Assistant Night Recovery Navigator you will work collaboratively with people with long-term mental health and complex needs. Using a client-centred approach, and working collaboratively with a multi-professional team, delivering social and clinical interventions tailored to individuals cultural and social needs. Part of your role is to support service users to have a healthy sleep hygiene, creating a calm, safe environment in the house, offering emotional support to service users and managing risks. Were looking for a permanent Night Assistant Recovery Navigator to work 3 waking nights per week. This can be either as part of the rota or working regular nights to be confirmed on appointment. The Service has 10 rooms and is open 24/7 Monday to Sunday. The waking night shift is 21:00 to 09:30 with an hours break.
