We are recruiting for a full-time permanent member of staff, in Gloucester House, Southmead. Our goal is to inspire hope and deliver change for everybody and every community we work with.

If successful, you will be working within the Recovery Bristol Partnership delivering community health services in Bristol and Avon and Wiltshire Partnership Trust (AWP).

In The Job You Will Be:

Working with families, carers and friends and be working in a multidisciplinary team
Building therapeutic relationships with service users
Supporting a team caseload of severe and enduring mental health needs of service users
An excellent communicator
Receiving management and clinical supervision, together with group reflective practice
Working day and night shifts to meet the needs of a 24/7 service

A salary from £25,359 - £27,449. Plus £2,060 per annum for working nights.

The ability to travel to several appointments daily (including in rural areas with limited/ unreliable public transport) is essential.
