Experienced HCPC-registered dietitian with a passion for excellence in health coaching and a drive to elevate health behaviour change. At Second Nature, we are on a mission to eradicate type 2 diabetes and obesity by delivering world-class health coaching that transforms lives. As our Coaching Quality Lead, you will oversee the quality and consistency of coaching delivery across all programmes, ensuring every member experience meets high standards for compassion, evidence-based practice, and impact.

What you will do day to day:

  • Coach review and feedback: Regularly review the work of our team of health coaches (nutritionists and dietitians) using internal quality tools, member feedback, and behavioural data to assess coaching effectiveness.
  • Continuous development: Deliver clear, constructive, and supportive feedback to individual coaches to foster growth, strengthen skills, and maintain exceptional standards across all programmes.
  • Coaching insights: Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong at managing multiple priorities while maintaining high standards.
  • Collaborative and independent, able to take ownership while building alignment across teams.
  • Tech competence and comfort working with a laptop all day.
  • Passionate about health, wellbeing, and making a measurable difference.
  • Available to work 5 days per week (Monday to Friday), 40 hours per week.

We embrace a hybrid working model to offer flexibility and balance. London-based team members: 1-2 days in the office each week. Remote team members: monthly visits to London. This structure gives you the best of both worlds—meaningful in-person collaboration and the flexibility to work remotely.
