As our Coaching Quality Lead, you\\\'ll oversee the quality and consistency of coaching delivery across all programmes, ensuring every member experience meets high standards for compassion, evidence-based practice, and impact.

What you\\\'ll do day to day
  • Coach review and feedback: Regularly review the work of our team of health coaches (nutritionists and dietitians) using internal quality tools, member feedback, and behavioral data to assess coaching effectiveness.

  • Experience delivering or overseeing programmes involving weight-loss medications, ensuring safe, effective, compassionate member support
  • Proven ability to give impactful feedback and support others\\\' professional growth
  • Analytical thinker who can translate coaching data into meaningful insights
  • Excellent communication skills — able to balance empathy, clarity, and accountability
  • Creative problem solver who enjoys improving systems and processes to drive quality at scale
  • Resilient, proactive, and growth-oriented mindset; thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong at managing multiple priorities while maintaining high standards
  • Collaborative and independent, able to take ownership while building alignment across teams
  • Tech competence and comfort working with a laptop all day
  • Passionate about health, wellbeing, and making a measurable difference
  • Available to work 5 days per week (Monday to Friday), 40 hours per week

We embrace a hybrid working model to offer flexibility and balance.

  • London-based team members: 1-2 days in the office each week
