Second Gears is hiring a Graduate Commercial Executive as part of the founding team.

You will work directly with the founder across sales, growth, customer experience, operations, product and strategy from day one, taking real responsibility and shaping the company’s early commercial direction.

You’ll be part of a dynamic startup, helping build the playbook, grow the buyer/seller network, and influence pricing and strategy while the business scales.

Hybrid work follows initial training.
