I'm excited to be partnering with an innovative tech startup in the AI space, led by a truly inspiring CEO who is now looking for a strategic EA to join him on the next stage of the journey. Fresh off a successful Series A, the business is entering a hyper‑growth phase, and this role will be central as they build towards Series B.
The CEO wants an EA who will genuinely partner with him: thinking strategically, helping shape and track goals, and acting as a key lever in achieving company targets.
You’ll be exceptional at EA fundamentals at this level; complex calendar and inbox management, international travel, tracking actions and follow‑ups, board preparation, and close collaboration with all functions. You’ll also bring a strong tech toolkit, using next‑generation tools to enhance the quality, speed, and insight of the support you provide.
In return, you’ll join a high‑energy, ambitious team with excellent rewards: regular QBR offsites, a highly competitive compensation package, team lunches, and an annual company kick‑off.
