Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintenance and emergency callouts for fire alarms and life safety systems, including fire systems, aspirating, PAVA and disabled refuge.
- Ensure quality delivery across planned and reactive works, uphold SLAs and compliance standards, and provide excellent customer communication during first-time fixes.
- Attend planned maintenance and reactive visits, use SECOM’s digital platform to manage workflows, upload documentation, plan routes with NSB, order parts, log into client portals and update service teams.
- Conduct vehicle and ladder checks, manage van stock, and support mobilisation of new contracts.
Qualifications
- Background in fire and life safety systems with experience in signalling, wireless, conventional and addressable fire alarm systems and compliance.
- Full UK driving licence required.
- Customer-focused, adaptable and confident in using digital tools and reporting systems.
