SECOM is looking for a capable and hands-on Contract Service Manager / Project Engineer to support a high-profile customer contract. This is a varied role that combines field leadership, engineer support, technical problem-solving, and service coordination. It would suit someone who enjoys being close to the operation, can organise activity effectively, and is confident supporting engineers and customers in a fast-moving environment.
Working as part of SECOM's service operation, you will take a leading role in the day-to-day coordination of service, maintenance, and project-related activity. You will work closely with internal teams and customer stakeholders to ensure work is planned properly, engineers are supported, and service delivery remains safe, compliant, and responsive.
What You Will Be Doing
- You will coordinate daily service activity across a dedicated contract, ensuring engineers are briefed, supported, and deployed effectively.
- You will work with customer contacts and internal support teams to:
- Plan workstreams
- Respond to operational issues
- Maintain continuity across service, installation, and decommissioning activity
