About The Job
You ensure that work translates into meaningful outcomes for customers, colleagues, and the business. You lead through virtual teams rather than through direct line management.
Location and flexibility:
The location for this position is flexible within Europe, close to a Seco site. Possible locations include Sweden, UK, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, France, and Germany. The position is set up as hybrid, allowing flexibility while supporting close collaboration across the organization.
