Job Summary Support Worker – Permanent Full‑time position at Theo Seco Support in Swindon (SN1 14).

About the Role Support the individual named Theo, a young man living independently in Swindon who has a mild to moderate learning disability, dyspraxia, attachment disorder, and ADHD.
Responsibilities include personal care, daily living activities, and providing a supportive and reassuring presence in his everyday life.
Theo enjoys sports (cycling, boxing, bowling), gaming, cooking, and spending time with his mum.
He also likes music, dancing, and is a West Ham supporter.

Experience in a similar role is preferred.
Full training will be provided through Seco Supports induction programme and online learning.
Full referencing and a full enhanced check of the Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) will be required for this position.
