Seckford Hall, a historic country house hotel full of charm and character, is looking for an inspiring Guest Experience Manager to lead our Front Office / Reception team to ensure every guest\'s journey is seamless, personal, and truly rocks

About the Role

As our Guest Experience Manager, you\'ll be the driving force behind our front of house reception operations. From leading and motivating the Guest Experience Hosts and upselling opportunities, you\'ll set the standard for service excellence while ensuring financial success. You\'ll combine hands-on leadership with a strategic approach, making sure every guest leaves with a smile — and a desire to return.

What You\'ll Do

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the Guest Experience team to deliver consistently outstanding service.
  • Oversee daily front office operations, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
  • Produce accurate forecasts and regular performance reports, identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives across rooms, F&B, and spa to optimise revenue while enhancing guest stays.
  • Anticipate guest needs and implement personalised touches that go above and beyond expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with housekeeping, F&B, and spa teams to ensure a seamless guest journey.
  • Handle guest feedback with professionalism, care, and a solutions-focused approach.
  • Report on guest satisfaction and revenue performance, and implement improvements where needed.
