About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Service Engineer to work on a wide range of refrigeration and air conditioning systems across our customer sites. You’ll handle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring each system runs efficiently and reliably.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair faults in commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
- Carry out planned maintenance visits and reactive breakdowns.
- Participate in our on-call rota to provide 24-hour breakdown cover.
- Support and mentor junior engineers.
- Deliver excellent customer service and uphold company standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial refrigeration service & maintenance.
- FGAS Category 1 Qualified (essential).
- City & Guilds Level 3 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning qualification.
- Hydrocarbon (6187) ticket and CSCS card required.
- IPAF and PASMA desirable.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Enhanced DBS check (for school sites).
- Strong communication skills and flexible working attitude.
