For the expansion of our team, we are seeking to hire in Manchester a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Technician.

Main Tasks
  • Provide technical support and service for HaslerRail’s on-board electronics (data recorders, HMIs, speed sensors, energy metering, gateways).
  • Ensure high availability and safety for customer fleets through troubleshooting, repairs, calibrations, and training.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues.
  • Perform repairs, overhauls, and calibrations (workshop German/French a plus).
  • Willingness to travel (20–30%).
  • Customer-oriented, precise, proactive.
  • Familiarity with the railway or broader transportation sector.
  • Previous exposure to CRM systems and digital service platforms.
  • Ability to interpret basic technical documentation or schematics.
