We are expanding our sales team and looking for a driven and strategic Channel Account Manager to help us grow our footprint and unlock new revenue opportunities. As a Channel Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing relationships with key channel partners and resellers. You will act as the main point of contact for your assigned channel partners, helping them drive revenue and deliver value to their customers through your expert support, enablement, and collaboration.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic channel partners
- Recruit, onboard, and enable new partners to ensure readiness for go-to-market execution
- Collaborate with partners to build joint business plans, sales forecasts, and marketing initiatives
- Provide training, support, and resources to drive partner engagement and performance
- Build strategic partner profiling and strategy document
- Build targeted marketing campaigns with the channel partners
- Track partner pipeline and performance metrics, providing regular updates and reports
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding partners through the sales process and helping to close deals
- Resolve partner issues and elevate where necessary to ensure high satisfaction
- Represent the company at partner events and conferences
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams to align on partner strategy
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in channel sales partner management
- Understanding of the cyber services markets (e.g. Penetration Testing, Red Team/Purple Team, Adversary Simulation)
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently
- Experience of using CRM and sales analytics platforms
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
- Willingness to travel regularly to partner locations
- Willingness to attend industry events
- Bachelor’s degree
