You’ll work closely with teams across Legal, Risk, Compliance, Commercial, Technology and Operations to strengthen and scale Seccl’s third‑party management capability. This role is key in shaping a consistent supplier management framework, ensuring regulatory compliance and enabling the business to move at pace.

Responsibilities

  • Co‑ordinating and embedding third‑party management and operational resilience requirements across the supplier lifecycle.
  • Act as the central point of co‑ordination for supplier onboarding, due diligence, approvals and documentation.
  • Support relationship owners with supplier performance management, including oversight of SLAs, KPIs, risks and escalations.
  • Drive consistency across supplier governance processes while partnering with SMEs who retain ownership of supplier relationships and contracts.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Commercial, Technology and Operations teams to ensure supplier arrangements remain compliant and fit for purpose.
  • Support development of supplier exit plans, resilience activities and scenario testing exercises.
  • Produce reporting, management information and governance updates for senior stakeholders and risk committees.
  • Support incident reviews and identify opportunities to strengthen supplier resilience and operational processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing third‑party suppliers across the entire lifecycle: onboarding, due diligence, performance management, and renewals.
  • Strong understanding of third‑party risk management and outsourcing requirements within FCA‑regulated environments.
  • Confidence building relationships and working collaboratively with stakeholders across multiple business areas.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple suppliers, stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable providing oversight and constructive challenge when supplier performance or risk thresholds are not met.
  • Excellent communication, documentation and reporting skills.
  • Experience within financial services, fintech or another regulated environment.
  • Experience of operational resilience, business continuity (ISO 22301), information security (ISO 27001) or scenario testing is desirable.

What This Role Isn’t for You

  • You struggle to follow through on ideas; we value people who deliver.
  • You dislike change; this role embraces ambiguity and rapid growth.

Benefits

  • 27 days holiday plus bank holidays; day off on birthday; three days of dependant leave per year for full‑time staff.
  • Two volunteering days per year.
  • Option to work abroad for up to six weeks a year.

  • 6 % employer pension contribution, and life assurance.
  • Private medical insurance through AXA Health.
  • Enhanced parental leave.
  • Mac Book and up to £500 home office set‑up budget.
  • £750 per person learning budget.
  • Health and wellbeing initiatives including free therapy via Wellness Cloud and mental health support via Headspace.
  • Strong financial wellbeing focus, access to Octopus Money, Octopus Share Incentive Plan and will‑writing offering via Octopus Legacy.
