The role Are you a detail-oriented and motivated individual looking for an opportunity to start your career in a fast-paced environment? We\'re searching for Junior operations analysts to be a vital part of our transfers and trading operations teams in Edinburgh. In this role, you\'ll play a key part in ensuring seamless communication and documentation management, as well as accurate and timely execution across multiple asset classes our operations teams in Bath and Edinburgh. You\'ll be working from our Edinburgh office to complete your integral work; maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our processes, as well as supporting the broader business with your expertise. On a typical day you will be... Responsible for managing communication between transferring schemes and Seccl Discussing transfer activity with ceding and receiving schemes by phone and email Managing our internal client and scheme records Supporting the wider business by answering transfers related queries in a timely manner Supporting other areas of operations as and when required OR Monitoring and resolving trade processing exceptions across funds and listed securities Maintaining accurate client and trade records in our internal systems Assisting with trade reconciliations and investigating discrepancies Supporting the business by responding to trading-related queries from internal teams This role’s for you if... You have a willingness to learn about products, technology and investment wrappers. You have experience in a fast-paced environment where juggling multiple tasks simultaneously is common. You have a willingness to learn more about, and take ownership of, processes and customer outcomes.
