The role

We're looking for Junior operations analysts to join our Transfers team in Edinburgh on a 6 month fixed term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to build your operational expertise, develop new skills, and make a real impact as part of a collaborative and supportive team. Whether you're starting your career or looking to broaden your experience, you'll play an important role in helping us deliver an outstanding service to our clients.

In this role, you'll help ensure the smooth and efficient processing of transfers by managing communications, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the delivery of a high quality service. You'll work from our Edinburgh office alongside experienced colleagues who will support your development while you contribute to the success of the team from day one.

On a typical day you will be…

  • Managing communications between transferring pension and investment schemes and Seccl.
  • Speaking with ceding and receiving schemes by phone and email to progress transfer activity.
  • Maintaining accurate internal client and scheme records.
  • Providing timely updates to firms, ensuring they are kept informed of transfer progress.
  • Ensuring submissions are completed accurately and within agreed service levels.
  • Responding to transfer related queries from across the business in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supporting other operational teams and business areas as required, helping to deliver a seamless client experience.

This 6 month contract offers the chance to gain hands-on experience within a growing business, work with a knowledgeable and supportive team, and make a meaningful contribution from your very first day.
