Seccl is seeking an engineering manager to lead one of our product engineering squads, reporting to an engineering director.

You’ll build a high‑performing, inclusive team and ensure delivery of scalable platform capabilities.

Work closely with product managers and engineering leaders to set priorities, balance speed with quality, security and maintainability, and develop engineers.

This role is hybrid and based in London, Bath or Edinburgh with in‑office presence at least once per week.
