The role
We're looking for a Technical SIPP Lead to join our technical services team. Reporting to the Head of technical services, you'll work closely with Product, Operations, Commercial, Launch and Engineering to make sure the Seccl Personal Pension remains compliant, scalable and partner focused. The team plays a key role in the development of our market leading SIPP and making sure that it, as well as our ISA and platform products, meet HMRC, FCA and The Pensions Regulator requirements. You'll bring specialist SIPP expertise, support the development of a more automated pension proposition and help us deliver strong outcomes for our partners and their customers.
On a typical day you will be…
- Providing specialist SIPP expertise and guidance to teams across Seccl and our partner firms
- Monitoring legislative and regulatory developments and assessing their impact on our pension and savings products
- Supporting the future ongoing development and automation of the market leading Seccl Personal Pension proposition
- Drafting and maintaining process flows, procedures, policies and customer communications
- Managing regulatory collateral including illustrations, declarations, key features documents and terms and conditions
- Overseeing ISA and SIPP regulatory reporting to ensure submissions are accurate and completed on time
- Supporting the design and launch of new pension propositions in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practice
- Providing technical oversight on high-risk operational tasks, SIPP due diligence and regulatory submissions
