We are looking for a Senior Account Executive with experience in financial communications to join our growing and award‐winning team in Farringdon, London. Ideal for someone who is interested in helping organisations develop and communicate their financial strategy both in public and private markets. In this role you will support the team with uploading RNS, analysts' relations, media engagement (e.g. building relationships with trades, nationals, online and broadcast media), social and digital campaigns, leadership profiling, bespoke events and developing platforms at global conferences and summits.
You will work across an array of clients from boutiques and challengers to global firms across multiple sectors. The role will include proactive media engagement, markets and feature monitoring, research report writing, developing engaging first‐draft press releases and RNS, feature articles and social content for a range of audiences, preparing client activity reports, and undertaking research and coordination activities for new business pitches and proposals. You will also be involved in supporting with the development of a wide range of thought leadership and research campaigns and developing reports for clients.
Ideal for you if you:
- Are passionate about a career in communications, with a particular interest in financial communications
- Have proven media relations experience and enjoy securing high‐quality coverage for clients
- Understand public markets and financial announcements for listed businesses, and/or have knowledge of investment funds and strategies across public and private markets
- Are familiar with financial reporting calendars, regulatory frameworks and investor relations best practices
- Are an exceptional writer with the ability to craft clear, compelling content
- Possess strong organisational and time management skills
- Are proactive, solutions‐focused, and demonstrate a 'can‐do' attitude
- Have experience working as part of a client‐facing advisory team
- Thrive in a collaborative, team‐oriented environment
