We’re hiring BD Associates to join either our EU or US team. This is a sales-driven role where you’ll be responsible for building and growing a defined market within life sciences. If you’re motivated by commercial conversations, enjoy speaking with people, and want a role where your activity directly drives your results, this could be a strong fit.
This role is fundamentally about new business development. Speak with candidates to understand their skills and project preferences. Maintain a structured day plan and keep the CRM fully updated.
While much of your activity will be outbound, there is warmth - you’ll have access to existing candidates, previous clients, and targeted prospect lists you can start calling immediately. You don’t need recruitment experience - but you do need to be proactive, comfortable having commercial conversations, and willing to learn quickly.
