We’re hiring BD Associates to join either our EU or US team. This is a sales-driven role where you’ll be responsible for building and growing a defined market within life sciences. If you’re motivated by commercial conversations, enjoy speaking with people, and want a role where your activity directly drives your results, this could be a strong fit.
This role is fundamentally about new business development. Speak with candidates to understand their skills and project preferences. Maintain a structured day plan and keep the CRM fully updated.
While much of your activity will be outbound, there is warmth - you’ll have access to existing candidates, previous clients, and targeted prospect lists you can start calling immediately. You don’t need recruitment experience - but you do need to be proactive, comfortable having commercial conversations, and willing to learn quickly. Most importantly, you should enjoy speaking with people, working to targets, and taking responsibility for your own development.
