Our leading international client is seeking an experienced and proven Finance Transformation Program Manager to oversee the finance aspects of their concurrently running international transformation programs.
You will need to engage with existing teams, sponsors, local and global SMEs, and process owners to facilitate collaboration and alignment of local program outcomes with global processes, systems, and strategies.
This role involves developing an overall finance transformation plan, reporting and articulating status to executive leadership, and ensuring that project and program interdependencies are understood and respected. Additionally, risks and issues should be identified and mitigated.
While the role is primarily business and process-focused, some experience with programs involving ERP or finance application system implementation is essential.
The role is expected to start in early to mid-August. It will be largely remote, but there will be an expectation to visit sites in the UK and potentially in Europe.
