We’re growing our life sciences team and are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a specialist permanent recruitment market within the international life sciences sector. This is a true 360 role, suited to consultants who enjoy building long-term client relationships, developing niche expertise, and running their desk with autonomy.
The Role
- Full-cycle (360) permanent recruitment across a defined life sciences niche
- Business development and strategic account management
- Partnering with clients and candidates globally
- Building long-term relationships rather than transactional placements
- Owning your market, with support from experienced leaders

- Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
- A strong billing track record
- Experience in life sciences recruitment, or a clear interest in the sector
