Mid-Weight Packaging & Product Designer - Home Fragrance

Sebnini are recruiting for a Mid-Weight Product and Packaging Designer within the home fragrance sector.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ experience in designing and artworking packaging for retail.

Working in a successful and well-established family-run business, you will be given briefs to produce

concepts across ranges for a number of leading retailers nationally and globally. Using your experience in

identifying market trends you will produce commercial designs tailored to our specific clients.

This role requires excellent design skills, and the ability to work in a variety of styles. It also requires

accomplished 3D modelling skills for presentations and manufacture. An interest in homewares and interior

trends will be particularly beneficial.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Designing concepts for new products

• Creating 3D models and visuals for new & conceptual products

• Design and produce 3D printed material

• Creating artwork for products and packaging

• Trend and NPD research

• Creating customer presentations for sales pitches

Specific technical skills required are:

• Adobe CC for Mac

• Illustrator

• Photoshop

• Dimension

• InDesign

• Fusion 360 or similar

• Creating cutter guides

• 3D Rendering

• Basic MS Office

Specific attributes required are:

• Excellent packaging design skills and setting up cutter guide files for print

• Great communication skills

• Experience in 3D modelling

• Excellent time management and organisation/housekeeping

• Attention to detail

• Fast working and diligent
