Head Waiter / Waitress / Head Server who has experience leading a front-of-house team of waiting staff with the ability to train junior team members and ensure the team provide a first-class customer experience is required for a well-established Italian Restaurant based in Richmond, South-West London.

SALARY: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum / £17 – £18 per Hour +Individual Cash Tips + Benefits

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Head Waiter / Waitress / Head Server who has experience leading a front-of-house team of waiting staff with the ability to train junior team members and ensure the team provide a first-class customer experience.

Woking as the Head Waiter / Waitress / Head Server you\’ll be the lynchpin of the front of house.

DUTIES

Your duties as the Head Waiter / Waitress / Head Server include:

• Lead the front-of-house team to provide outstanding service
• Ensure smooth restaurant operations during service
• Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence
• Operate a section at the highest level and standard, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any guest queries or complaints
• Maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and service
• Ensuring adherence to all health and safety regulations

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience as a Head Waiter / Waitress or Senior Waiter / Waitress
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A passion for great food and customer service
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
• Fluent English (Italian language skills are a plus)
• A commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high standards at all times

Pay: £17.00-£18.00 per hour
