Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung als Office Manager (w/m/d) im operativen Tagesgeschäft;
- Eigenständige Organisation und verantwortliche Bearbeitung von Aufgaben aus den Bereichen Marketing;
- Erstellung von Unterlagen, Präsentationen und Vorträgen;
- Planung und Koordinierung von Terminen, Reisen und Veranstaltungen;
- Vorreiterrolle in Sonderprojekten und aktive Mitwirkung in kaufmännischen Unternehmensbereichen;
- Administrative Aufgaben;
- Pflege der Kommunikation mit Geschäftspartnern;
- Gesamte Büroorganisation.
Anforderungen – Office Manager (w/m/d):
- Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, alternativ eine Ausbildung im Bankwesen mit umfassender Berufserfahrung im Bereich Assistenz oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung als Persönlicher Assistent (w/m/d).
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Position, idealerweise gesammelt in einem Wirtschaftsunternehmen.
- EDV-Kenntnisse: Sehr gute Kenntnisse des MS Office Paketes.
- Sprachenkenntnisse: Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift werden vorausgesetzt.
- PKW Führerschein.
- Sonstige Anforderungen: Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft; Verbindliches Auftreten; Gutes Organisations- und Kommunikationstalent; Ein hohes Maß an Diskretion und Zuverlässigkeit; Zügige, ergebnisorientierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise; Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit.
