DESCRIZIONE DEL RUOLO:
La figura selezionata si occuperà della gestione dei registri fiscali e doganali nel settore enologico.
Sarà inoltre punto di riferimento operativo per l’interfaccia con il partner logistico e con il team interno di codifica prodotti, al fine di garantire la corretta gestione dei flussi documentali ed anagrafici.
PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITA\’:
– Gestione documentale di pratiche doganali e accise (es. e-AD, pratiche resi, spedizioni estere);
– Estrazione, controllo e invio dati verso il portale Telematico Doganale;
– Gestione delle dichiarazioni verso gli enti esterni (Dogane, Agenzia delle Accise, ISTAT) con particolare riferimento agli aspetti fiscali;
– Stampa e aggiornamento dei registri bollati;
– Gestione e archiviazione documenti relativi al magazzino (entrate/uscite, resi, inventari);
– Predisposizione files e comunicazioni per il partner logistico;
– Gestione della configurazione di un articolo: nomenclatura combinata – codice accisa – codici doganali – gradazioni alcoliche.
REQUISITI RICHIESTI:
– Esperienza nel settore enologico e/o in ambito doganale/fiscale
– Conoscenza operativa del Telematico Doganale (e-AD)
– Conoscenza del gestionale AS400
– Capacità di gestione in autonomia di pratiche verso enti esterni
– Conoscenza di base delle normative europee in ambito trasporti, accise, codifica prodotti
– Ottime capacità organizzative, precisione e senso di responsabilitÃ
– Buona padronanza di strumenti informatici e portali web ministeriali
SOFT SKILLS:
– Autonomia operativa e orientamento al risultato
– Precisione nella gestione documentale
– Capacità di comunicazione e collaborazione con interlocutori interni ed esterni (fornitori, logistica, uffici tecnici)
CONTRATTO: Iniziale contratto di somministrazione a tempo determinato, con ottica assuntiva.
ORARIO DI LAVORO: part-time nella fascia mattutina di 20/25h settimanali.
L\’offerta è per entrambi i sessi, come da L, 903/77 e 125/91, di tutte le età e nazionalità , come DL. 215/03 e 216/03.
