Per importante azienda cliente operante nel settore tessile, siamo alla ricerca di un Area Manager Settore Tessile con comprovata esperienza nella gestione commerciale e nello sviluppo di mercati B2B.
La risorsa selezionata avrà la responsabilità di coordinare l’attività commerciale di 30 agenti in tutta Europa, con l’obiettivo di consolidare e incrementare le vendite, garantendo il raggiungimento dei target aziendali in termini di fatturato, penetrazione del mercato e soddisfazione del cliente.
Principali responsabilità:
– Coordinamento e supporto alla rete vendita (agenti, distributori, partner commerciali);
– Definizione e attuazione delle strategie commerciali in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali;
– Monitoraggio delle performance di vendita e analisi periodica dei risultati;
– Partecipazione a fiere di settore, eventi e incontri con clienti.
Requisiti richiesti:
– Provenienza dal settore Tessile s/p abbigliamento ed esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli analoghi
– Ottime capacità organizzative, relazionali e di negoziazione;
– Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte tutta Europa e qualche viaggio in Nord America ;
– Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese + altra lingua (tedesco – francese o spagnolo)
