Base Logistics and Materials Lead

The Base Logistics alternatively, significant relevant industry experience. Minimum of 8 years' experience in logistics, supply chain, materials management, or a related field. Previous experience leading and developing teams, including remote and geographically dispersed teams. Extensive knowledge of logistics operations, customs procedures, import/export regulations, transportation documentation, dangerous goods requirements, and applicable safety standards. Experience supporting large-scale industrial, offshore, energy, marine, or project-based operations Professional certifications in logistics, supply chain management, customs, or project management are advantageous. Well-developed problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple priorities in a busy environment. Effective communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships. Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Dutch language skills are considered an advantage. Resourceful, results-oriented approach that prioritizes operational excellence and ongoing improvement.
