Main Responsibilities
- To work alongside the Team Leader to manage the day to day care needs of residents
- To complete observations, prepare admission/discharge documentation & care plans
- To deliver and support colleagues to deliver the highest standards of care and support as requested
- To manage a dedicated team of care & support assistants and manage daily documentation & outcomes.
- To assist in audit and dashboard compliance.
- To respect and follow the Companies values; kindness, integrity, transparency, respect and empathy.
- To follow and implement all IPC measures and policies in place
- To comply with all training requirements and to take responsibility for keeping up to date
- To maintain registration with NISCC and work to their code of conduct.
Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications Required:
- NVQ Level 3 and previous experience working in a care home environment.
- Good communication, flexibility, integrity and good team working skills.
