Main Responsibilities
- To support and deputize for the Registered Home Manager.
- To manage all aspects of the Home in the absence of the Registered Home Manager.
- To maintain excellent clinical performance and health & safety standards.
- To help build and maintain a well motivated and engaged work force.
- To mentor and help staff achieve benchmarking and internal standards.
- To manage the clinical audit process.
Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications Required:
- First level nurse with active NMC pin, previous experience in a nursing home or similar setting.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, integrity and good team working skills.
- Must have access to a vehicle and have a driving license.
