Rate of pay: £20.00 - £22.00 per hour

Main Responsibilities

  • To support and deputize for the Registered Home Manager.
  • To manage all aspects of the Home in the absence of the Registered Home Manager.
  • To maintain excellent clinical performance and health & safety standards.
  • To help build and maintain a well motivated and engaged work force.
  • To mentor and help staff achieve benchmarking and internal standards.
  • To manage the clinical audit process.

Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications Required:

  • First level nurse with active NMC pin, previous experience in a nursing home or similar setting.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, integrity and good team working skills.
  • Must have access to a vehicle and have a driving license.
