Main Responsibilities
- To assist our patients with their individual identified care and support needs under the supervision of trained staff.
- To work as part of a team and complete documentation as requested.
- To respect and follow the Companies values; kindness, integrity, transparency, respect and empathy.
- To follow and implement all IPC measures and policies in place.
- To comply with all training requirements and to take responsibility for keeping up to date.
- To maintain registration with NISCC and work to their code of conduct.
Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications
- Desirable: QCF level 2 in health & social care or be willing to commence training.
- Required: Previous experience working in a care home environment or similar setting.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, integrity and good team working skills.
