Domestic Cleaner

Job Overview

I am looking for a responsible, motivated person to join my team of people cleaning homes on Mersea Island and surrounding villages. Mersea Island is approximately 20 minutes from Colchester. You will need transport most jobs are about 5 minutes apart, fuel is paid weekly at 40p per mile. You will work with another team member.

The successful candidate will need to be available to work during school holidays, this is very important. I have a great team but we are a growing business, established 20 years, and need more lovely people to help my customers on Mersea Island.

Important qualities:

• Punctuality. We start at the first job at 9am, finishing approximately 3pm, some jobs will take longer.
• Thoroughness. We work to a high standard, the given times for each job must be adhered to
• Appearance. I provide a uniform which needs to be kept clean, long hair must be tied up, no crocs
• Honesty. I will need references please.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 25 per week
