SeatPe is a hospitality technology platform helping restaurants, cafés, food courts, hotels, and other high-footfall venues serve customers faster. Our platform combines QR ordering, contactless payments, web-based POS, kitchen display systems, multi-location management, and real-time analytics—helping venues reduce queues, improve customer experience, and increase revenue. We have built and tested the product successfully with live restaurant pilots.

We are now looking for a commercially driven Co-Founder to lead customer acquisition, partnerships, and market growth. This is not a typical sales job. You will work closely with the founder to shape SeatPe’s go-to-market strategy, win early customers, build repeatable sales processes, and help turn a validated product into a scalable hospitality technology business.

Role Description

As Co-Founder – Hospitality Sales, Partnerships & Growth, you will lead SeatPe’s go-to-market efforts, focusing on acquiring and expanding relationships with restaurants, hotel groups, stadiums, airports, and other hospitality operators. In this full-time remote role based in the UK, you will spend time both meeting partners and clients in person and working remotely on strategy, pipeline management, and partner enablement.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and targeting key accounts
  • Driving end-to-end sales cycles
  • Building strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders
  • Collaborating with product and operations teams to align solutions with customer needs
  • Developing growth strategies
  • Running experiments to validate market opportunities
  • Overseeing onboarding of key accounts
  • Tracking performance using data-driven insights

As a co-founder, you will also contribute to fundraising narratives, brand positioning, and overall company strategy to scale SeatPe across multiple markets.

What we are looking for

  • Strong experience selling technology, SaaS, POS, payments, ordering platforms, or hospitality solutions to restaurants or hospitality businesses
  • Existing relationships or a strong network within the restaurant, food service, hospitality, POS, payments, or venue-operations ecosystem
  • Proven ability to open conversations with decision-makers and close commercial deals
  • Comfortable selling to independent restaurants as well as multi-site operators and enterprise hospitality groups
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including ordering, payments, queues, staffing pressures, customer experience, and margins
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Experience in sales, partnerships, business development, growth, or commercial leadership
  • Interest in building a long-term business as an owner, not simply joining as an employee

Join at an early stage with genuine ownership and influence over the company’s direction. Work directly with the founder and shape the commercial strategy from the ground up. Opportunity to build a high-growth hospitality technology business in a large and evolving market. Equity participation aligned with long-term business success. Flexible working, with regular in-person meetings and customer visits where needed.

If you have sold technology into restaurants or hospitality businesses and want the opportunity to build something meaningful from an early stage, we would like to hear from you.
