Seaton Sluice Middle School is seeking a Learning Support Assistant (Band 4) to join our dedicated SEND team. Working under the SENCo, you will support students to reach individual targets and help deliver an accessible curriculum.
The role respects ASD needs, requiring empathy, resilience, and strong relationships with students, staff, and families. The post is permanent, 30 hours per week, term-time plus one training day, with start times typically 9:00–15:30 on Mondays and Fridays.
