Salary: £95-115k. We’re at a pivotal point in our journey, pushing considerable year on year growth. You’ll have a strong experimental mindset and a deep understanding of channel blends that will power Seatfrog’s next phase of Growth.
Team You’ll Be Joining
You’ll join our Marketing Team and report to our CEO. The team is composed of 2 CRM Managers, a CRM Exec, 2 Product Marketing Managers, and a Growth Manager. You’ll also have the partnership of a Senior Marketing Creative and Data Analyst, and you’ll collaborate with teams across Seatfrog including Product, Design, and Commercial, driving and executing various growth plans and initiatives across the business.
The Role
As Head of Growth, you’ll own the end-to-end growth strategy across acquisition, retention, and monetisation. You’ll be obsessed with the customer lifecycle and will bring a deep understanding of CRM, and how to leverage it as a key growth channel to drive acquisition and LTV. As a Growth leader you will truly grasp the value of great product marketing, performance marketing and you’ll lead a lean, high-performing team, working hands-on across marketing channels, CRM, partnerships, and data to deliver scalable, sustainable growth. You’ll thrive in a fast-moving environment where experimentation, creativity, and data-led decisions drive impact.
What You’ll Do
- Own the growth strategy across all channels - defining, testing, and optimising initiatives to accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Lead CRM strategy and execution, using lifecycle marketing and automation to drive user activation, repeat behaviour, and loyalty.
- Manage growth with lean resources, balancing creativity and commercial focus to achieve maximum ROI from limited budgets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and partnerships to build growth loops that connect product features, marketing campaigns, and business objectives.
- Drive measurable impact across both consumer (B2C) and partner (B2B) sides of the business.
- Own key growth metrics (LTV, CAC, conversion rates, retention, etc.) and build reporting frameworks to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Identify and scale high-impact channels from performance marketing and referrals to content, partnerships, and in-product growth levers.
- Stay ahead of trends in app marketing, CRM, and digital growth to continually evolve Seatfrog’s growth engine.
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience leading growth or marketing functions in consumer-based apps, ideally in travel, mobility, or marketplaces.
- Experience leading the charge in growth initiatives in high growth businesses. Series A - B, or scaleup is ideal.
- Strong CRM expertise from strategy and segmentation to campaign automation, lifecycle marketing, and data-driven optimisation.
- Demonstrated success delivering significant user and revenue growth with lean teams and limited budgets.
- Experience across both B2C and B2B environments, with an understanding of how to connect user growth with commercial and partnership objectives.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset, with hands-on experience using analytics and marketing tools (e.g., Braze, HubSpot, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Amplitude).
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working across departments and influencing at all levels.
- A bias for action, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
