Who we\’re looking for

Seat Unique is looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Commercial Partnerships with an excellent track record of scaling major partnerships in the rightsholder space particularly within sports, music, or theatre. This person will be based in our London office and will be responsible for overseeing commercial partnerships, with a focus on maximising commercial revenue.

The ideal candidate will fully own the commercial revenue from our partners, ensuring maximum year-on-year revenue growth, identifying opportunities for additional revenue within existing contracts, and leading all contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

  • Maximising Commercial Revenue: Develop and implement strategies to maximise commercial revenue from existing partnerships, ensuring year-on-year revenue growth.
  • Revenue Opportunities: Identify and capitalise on opportunities for additional revenue within existing contracts.
  • Contract Negotiations: Lead all contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms that drive revenue growth.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our partner base.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance strong relationships with key partners, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor revenue metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to the senior leadership team.
