As our CaféHostyou’llbe

• Welcoming guests with warmth, making them feel comfortable and looked after.
• Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks with flair, including coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.
• Taking and serving food orders, ensuring presentation and quality meet ourhigh standards.
• Maintaining smooth operation of your section, keeping areas tidy, stocked, and organised.
• Supporting the café team during busy periods and stepping in toassistwherever needed.
• Complying withall Health and Safety and food hygiene policies.
• Participating in training to improve skills and knowledge.
• Helping to create a positive and collaborative working environment for team.
• Proactively supporting SeaSpace’ssustainability and B Corp initiatives in day-to-day operations.

The skillsyou’llbe sharing with us

• Previousexperience in hospitality or customer service (preferred)
• A flexible attitude to working hours
• Enthusiasm for engaging with guests and colleagues alike
• Knowledge of food and beverage service, with barista experience preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication and people skills, making every guest feel valued
• Ability to stay organised and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for learning and improving your craft
• A genuine,friendlyand professional approach always
• Basic understanding of food hygiene standards and health and safety
• Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
• Flexible, adaptable, and calm under pressure, especially during busy café periods
• A responsible, professional, and reliable outlook
