Our Assistant Housekeeping Manager role
We're looking for an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support our Housekeeping Manager and Housekeeping team full-time, working 37.5 hours per week.
You’ll be a maestro of plumping pillows, getting windows squeaky clean, and making spaces feel vital and life-giving, taking ownership of our standards and ensuring every studio, corridor and communal area is cared for to the highest standard.

As our Assistant Housekeeping Manager you’ll be
- Acting as a key support to our Head Housekeeper, helping to oversee day-to-day operations.
- Deputising in the absence of our Head Housekeeper.
- Organising our weekly Housekeeping team rotas.
- Always maintaining exceptional hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Ensuring all studios and public areas are cleaned and presented to brand standards.
- Supporting and developing new team members.
- Contributing to team duties in the office, including stock ordering.
The skills you’ll be sharing with us
- Previous experience overseeing and/or supporting Housekeeping operations
- Previous experience at supervisory or management level (preferred)
- A commitment to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own time effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records (essential)
- Confidence in communicating with both team members and guests
- Good interpersonal and teamworking skills
- A genuine passion for housekeeping and the wider hospitality industry
- Care for your team, your environment and the overall guest experience
- A positive, can-do attitude and a strong team ethic
- The ability to stay calm, focused and organised in a fast-paced environment
Due to the location and the occasional need to support with linen deliveries, a valid driving licence is preferred.
