We’re looking for a Café Host with a spark and spirit that makes every day brighter.

- As our Café Host you’ll be
- Welcoming guests with warmth, making them feel comfortable and looked after.
- Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks with flair, including coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.
- Taking and serving food orders, ensuring presentation and quality meet our high standards.
- Maintaining smooth operation of your section, keeping areas tidy, stocked, and organised.
- Supporting the café team during busy periods and stepping in to assist wherever needed.
- Complying with all Health and Safety and food hygiene policies.
- Participating in training to improve skills and knowledge.
- Helping to create a positive and collaborative working environment for team.
- Proactively supporting Sea Space’s sustainability and B Corp initiatives in day-to-day operations.

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred)
- A flexible attitude to working hours
- Enthusiasm for engaging with guests and colleagues alike
- Knowledge of food and beverage service, with barista experience preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and people skills, making every guest feel valued
- Ability to stay organised and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
