We're looking for a Chef de Partie to support our team full-time, working 37.5 hours per week on daytime shifts between 7:00am and 4:00pm, taking ownership of a section in a vibrant coastal kitchen, where energy, quality, and consistency come together with every service. As our Chef de Partie you'll be:
- Taking responsibility for your section, ensuring smooth service from prep to plating.
- Carrying out food prep, cooking, and portioning of all dishes to a high standard.
- Supporting stock takes and ensuring your section is well stocked and organised.
- Maintaining exceptional hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Acting as a key support to the Head Chef, helping oversee kitchen operations.
- Following kitchen schedules and staying on top of all admin, including check sheets and temperature logs.
- Supporting and guiding junior team members as needed.
