This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, and requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends. In return, you’ll get a competitive salary, discounts and team perks, and of course, work in an ocean-side spot with one jaw-dropping view.
As our Duty House Manager you’ll be:
- A welcoming presence at the heart of SeaSpace, supporting guests from arrival to departure.
- Helping with front desk operations, including check-in and check-out support for all guests.
- Handling guest feedback and complaints calmly, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and appropriately.
- Sharing local knowledge and recommendations to help guests make the most of their stay.
- Supporting the smooth running of daily guest operations and handovers between House Managers.
- Keeping our other House Managers in the loop at the time of handover.
- Working closely with the management team on admin tasks and wider operational needs.
- Stepping in wherever needed to ensure an excellent guest experience.
