This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, and requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends. In return, you’ll get a competitive salary, discounts and team perks, and of course, work in an ocean-side spot with one jaw-dropping view.

As our Duty House Manager you’ll be:

  • A welcoming presence at the heart of SeaSpace, supporting guests from arrival to departure.
  • Helping with front desk operations, including check-in and check-out support for all guests.
  • Handling guest feedback and complaints calmly, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and appropriately.
  • Sharing local knowledge and recommendations to help guests make the most of their stay.
  • Supporting the smooth running of daily guest operations and handovers between House Managers.
  • Keeping our other House Managers in the loop at the time of handover.
  • Working closely with the management team on admin tasks and wider operational needs.
  • Stepping in wherever needed to ensure an excellent guest experience.

The skills you’ll be sharing with us:

  • Experience in a supervisory or management role within a customer-focused environment.
  • A strong commitment to delivering excellent guest or customer service.
  • Confident prioritisation, organisation and ability to keep things running smoothly under pressure.
  • A friendly, approachable manner and strong people skills.
